摘要
飞灰含碳量对于锅炉的热效率和安全运行、发电机组的性能以及飞灰利用等方面均有较大影响。以实验手段研究了飞灰含碳量与粒径尺寸之间的变化关系,实验结果表明,一定条件下,煤粉炉飞灰含碳量与粒径之间在存在非线性关系,典型的变化趋势为:随着粒径尺寸的减小,飞灰含碳量先减小后增加。通过已有研究、不同飞灰采样条件、不同电厂和煤种等方面的验证,确定了所发现变化趋势的可靠性。借助已有研究的实验数据,从锅炉相关因素和煤相关因素2方面,对该文所报道现象的合理性进行了肯定,同时进行了简要的机理分析,提出了可能造成此非线性变化趋势的原因。
The amount of residual carbon in fly ash is important for thermal efficiency and safe operation of the boilers, performance of generator unit and utilization of fly ash. The experimental investigation on the relationship between residual carbon content of fly ash and panicle size was carried out. A non-linear relationship between unburned carbon content and particle size was observed. It is shown as a typical variety tendency that the carbon content decreases and then increases with the decrease of particle size. The validation works, which concluded comparing with the exiting researches, instances for different sampling conditions, power plants and coals were performed to confirm the present variety tendency. The rationality of the phenomenon reported was affirmed according to exiting experimental data on respects of coal-related factors and boiler-related factors. Moreover, the possible reasons for this non-linear variation trend were obtained by mechanism analysis.
