摘要
针对胜利151海上作业浮吊船吊机的控制系统存在的问题,提出了可行的改造方案,并论述了全数字直流调速装置、PLC、PCC等新技术、新产品应用于该船吊机电力传动及控制系统改造中的技术实现方法。通过技术改造,使该船吊机的性能有了提高,可满足海洋石油工程的新要求。
Regarding the problems of control system existing on Shengli 151 floating crane an improvement proposal has been put forward.A discussion has been done on full digital speed regulation,PLC,PCC being used in the system and the realization of these new technologies.Its performance has been increased and it meets the requirements on offshore operation after the improvement.
