摘要
从杠柳(Periplocaspeium)茎的乙醇提取物中的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到得3个化合物,其结构经波谱分析和化学分析方法确定为北五加皮苷E(I)、蔗糖(Ⅱ)及杠柳苷元(Ⅲ)。
Three compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract obtained by partitioning the ethanolic extract from the stem of Periploca sepium between H_2O and ethyl acetate.They were identified as △~5-pregnene-3β,17α,20α-triol-20-β-D-canaropyranoside (I),sucrose(Ⅱ) and periplogenin(Ⅲ) by spectral analysis and chemical method.
