摘要
"教书育人"不仅是每一位教师都应当具有的基本能力,也是高等教育培养的最终目标。但是,在目前还有部分高校教师把教书与育人分割开来,不能充分认识教书育人的重要意义,不能正确理解二者的相互关系,特别是对养成教书育人的工作能力无所适从。文章就这一问题进行探讨,旨在促使高校教师特别是专业教师能正确理解教书育人的意义、教书与育人的关系,同时在教学工作中注重养成教书育人的能力。
<Abstrcat>Twenty years have gone since the teaching and educating as a political education proposition was put forward. Since then, it was considered as the basic ability of all teachers and the ultimate target of higher education. But its importance is still not fully appreciated by all the teachers in universities who are used to isolate teaching and educating and can't properly understand the crucial relationship between teaching and educating, leading to the weakness in training their abilities of teaching and educating. Such question is discussed in this paper, aiming at properly understanding the important meaning and relationship of teaching and educating for teachers in universities and improving the teaching and educating ability in the normal studying and working.
