摘要
目的了解5种护理核心杂志发表的文献中统计方法的类型、使用率以及存在的缺陷。方法利用解放军医学图书馆出版的《中文生物医学期刊数据库》(CMCC)检索2002年《中华护理杂志》、《解放军护理杂志》、《实用护理杂志》、《护士进修杂志》、《护理学杂志》所有论著及实验研究论文,计算各种统计方法出现的类型,使用频率和统计缺陷类型。结果5种杂志共发表文献2844篇,使用统计方法的文献有1141篇(40.12%),未使用统计方法的文献有1703篇(59.88%)。共涉及统计方法12种,主要有统计描述(37.07%)、统计推断(62.93%)。其中t检验22.52%、χ2检验29.09%、方差分析5.08%、直线相关与回归3.94%等。在1141篇有统计方法的文献中,出现各种统计缺陷317篇(27.78%)。常见统计缺陷有仅注明统计方法而不标出统计量179篇(56·47%),不注明使用何种统计方法123篇(38.80%)和统计方法使用不当15篇(4.73%)。结论护理人员应正确使用常用的统计方法,尽量避免统计错误,以提高文献的学术价值。
Objective To know about the kind, frequency and defect of common statistical methods in five nuclear nursing journals. Methods Database (CMCC) of Chinese biomedical magazine published by the medical library of PLA was used to recall the original and experimental papers in Chinese Journal of Nursing, Nursing Journal of Chinese People′s Liberation Army, Journal of Practical Nursing ,Journal of Nurses Training and Journal of Nursing Science published in 2002. The kind, frequency and defect of common statistical methods in these papers were evaluated.Results There were 2844 papers in five nursing journals. The papers with statistical methods were 1141(40.12%), the papers without statistical methods were 1703(59.88%),12 kinds of statistical methods were used, statistical description (37.07%) and statistical inference (62.93%), in statistical inference including student′s t test(22.52%),Chi-square test(29.09%), ANOVA analysis(5.08%) and lineal correction and regression (3.94%),etc. Among the 1141 papers with statistical methods, there were 317(27.78%) papers with statistical defects, in which the absence of statistical value accounts for 179(56.47%), unmarked statistical methods 123(38.80%) and wrong statistical methods15(4.73%). Conclusion In order to improve the scientific values of the academic papers, nurses should use the statistical methods correctly so as to avoid the common mistakes.
