非综合征性唇腭裂与TGFβ2多态性的相关研究 被引量:5

Evidence for Association between Nonsyndromic Cleft Lip with or without Cleft Palate and Transforming growth factor-β2 Polymorphisms.

摘要 目的:探讨转移生长因子β2(transforminggrowthfactor-β2,TGFβ2)多态性与非综合征性唇腭裂(nonsyn-dromiccleftlipwithorwithoutcleftpalate,NSCL±P)的相关性。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态(PCR-SSCP)方法,以103名健康体检者为对照,配对研究了124名非综合征性唇腭裂患者TGFβ2基因的多态性。结果:对照组与患者组TGFβ2两者相比较,在统计学上有显著性差异(X2=16.235,df=1,P<0.005);单独发生唇裂或腭裂者与唇腭裂同时并发者比较,在统计学上有显著性差异(X2=15.885,df=1,P<0.005);其他配对比较均无统计学意义。结论:非综合征性唇腭裂的发生与TGFβ2基因多态性有相关性。 Objective: To study the relationship between transforming growth factor-β2(TGFβ2) polymorphisms and nonsyndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate (NSCL±P) . Methods: TGFβ2 was examined by polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymprphism (PCR-SSCP) technique in the 124 patients with NSCL±P and 103 healthy persons. Results: In the comparisons between the controls and the patients, the patients with cleft lip or cleft palate and the patients with cleft lip and palate, the results were respectively( X 2=16.235,df=1, P <0.005; X 2=15.885,df=1, P <0.005). So there was statistical significance. In other comparisons, there was no statistical significance. Conclusion: The above results give strong evidence for the association of TGFβ2 with development of NSCL±P.
