血管生成素-2及其受体在人口腔鳞癌的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨血管生成素-2(angoipoietin-2,Ang-2)及其受体(Tie-2)在人口腔鳞癌的表达水平及其在口腔鳞癌血管生成中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SABC法,检测34例口腔鳞癌组织及16例正常口腔黏膜组织中Ang-2及其受体Tie-2、CD34的表达。结果Ang-2在口腔鳞癌的表达明显高于正常口腔黏膜(P<0.05),且Ang-2的表达随口腔鳞癌分级的增加而逐渐增强,Ⅲ级>Ⅱ级>Ⅰ级且差异具显著性(P<0.05)。Tie-2及CD34在口腔鳞癌的表达明显高于正常口腔黏膜(P<0.05)。但随口腔鳞癌病理分级的升高,Tie-2、CD34虽呈现递增趋势,但组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在口腔鳞癌中,血管生成增加,Ang-2/Tie-2可能参与口腔鳞癌血管生成的调节。 Objective To explore the role of angoipoietin-2(Ang-2) and Tie-2 receptor in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Ang-2,Tie-2 and CD34 protein expression in 34 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and 16 cases of oral normal mucosa as control was detected by SABC immunohistochemical technique. Results Ang-2 was expressed at low level in control while strongly positively in oral squamous cell carcinoma and the level of Ang-2 expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma was related with pathologic classification Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ(P<0.05). Tie-2 and CD34 were expressed at low level in the control oral mucosa;but they were strongly expressed in OSCC,and the level of Tie-2 and CD34 in OSCC was not related with pathologic classification (P>0.05). Conclusion Angiogenesis is increased in OSCC. Angoipoietin-2/Tie-2 may be involved in the OSCC angiogenesis regulation.
