培养的皮肤成纤维细胞用于神经遗传病的研究 被引量：2

摘要 培养的皮肤成纤维细胞在一定条件下能够表达其来源个体的基因组中与代谢有关的某些基因。皮肤组织的取材由于相对方便、安全,易为患者接受,因而被广泛用来研究和检测遗传性代谢缺陷性疾病。肝豆状核变性(hepatolenticular degeneration,HLD)和Hunt—ington舞蹈病(Huntington's disease,HD)均为中枢神经系统变性性疾病。
