摘要
对50例有家族史的遗传性高血压患者进行家系、遗传度的调查及HLA单倍型的关联分析,并以21例无家族史的非遗传高血压及100例正常无关人对照,结果发现:(1)遗传性高血压以多基因遗传为主,遗传度的加权平均值为59.72±8.12%;(2)遗传性高血压与HLA-B75,DR1,DQ7显著相关,B75-DQ7是连锁不平衡,非遗传高血压HLA-B8抗原偏高,提示原发性高血压具有遗传基础,HLA基因区可能存在原发性高血压的易感基因,并且二组高血压患者不是受控于完全相同一些基因,而环境因素在激发疾病基因方面起着促发作用。脑卒中(CT证实);*心肌病变1.分析A组的HLA抗原分布,并以B组、C组作为对照,计算相对危险率(RR);采用Porat[2]方法以常染色体隐性遗传模型(AR)和常染色体显性遗传模型(RAD)计算疾病基因与HLA基因之间的连锁不平衡;采用Nijenhuis[2]方法对4个家系资料进行HLA单倍型分离分析,估计随机分布显著性,对A组家族成员的遗传方式调查采用了Falconer[3]方法计算遗传度。2.HLA实验方法:采用标准微量淋巴毒实验方法,采用第11届国际HLA会议提供的标准血清,可检出HLA-A、?
We studied 50 cases of inheritable essential bypertension,21 cases of non-inheritable essential hypertension and 100 normal persons as controls.The results showed that the mean inherited mode of essential hypertension accorded with multigenetic inheritance,and the weighted mean of heritability for inheritable essential hypertension(59.72%±8.12%) was significantly correlated with HLA-B75,DR1 and DQ7.The HLA-B8 antigen in the non-inheritable essential hypertension was slightly higher than that in the inheritable essential hypertension.These suggest that inheritable essential hypertension has a genetic base,which may be an area in the HLA genome of patients susceptible to inheritable essential hypertension.
