摘要
用免疫酶标双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法对１０８例不同肿瘤患者和４６例健康者血清中可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平进行观察，结果显示：（１）健康者血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平进行为２４８．０±４０．ＩＵ／ｍｌ，１５种不同类型肿瘤患者的测值均有升高（６０３．Ｏ±３６２．３～１３８３．３±２０４．０Ｕ／ｍｌ），与正常对照相比，差异有非常显著性；（２）肿瘤患者血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平随病情发展而升高，但经放疗、化疗或手术摘除瘤体后，血清中ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平则下降，有的甚至恢复到正常水平。提示ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平可列为机体免疫系统激活状态的指标之一，同时可作为肿瘤患者诊断的参考指标，治疗、预后的监测指标。
he level of serum slL-2R(soluble interleukin II receptor)in 108 patients with different type of tu-mours and 46 normal persons were determined with ELISA method.The result indicated(1)The level of sIL-2R in serum rised rernarkably(603.O±362.3～1383.3±204.0U/ml) among patients suffering from tumour as comparedwith the normal persons (248.O±40.1U/ml)(P< 0.01 ).(2)The level of sIL-2R in serum increased with deterioration of the malignancy but decreased to the normal level after chemical,surgical and radiation-therapy.The above observation showed that the level of sIL-2R in serum appeared to be a useful indicator of the immune condiition of human body, for monitoring disease processes。
