摘要
报告５１例存活５年以上的急性非淋巴细胞白血病，２８例达到治愈标准。初诊时大多数患者白血病组织负荷低，９８％患者年龄小于６０岁。９２％患者经骨髓抑制达完全缓解，未复发组诱导治疗期的白细胞最低值小于复发组（Ｐ＜０．００２５）。大多数长期存活者维持治疗平均３年以上，５例未维持治疗。不复发者预后好。
ifty-one patients with ANLL achieved long-termsurvival for over 5 years. 28 cases of them gained clinicalcure. Most of the patients had a lower loads of theleukemic cells and 98% of them were under 60 years oldat diagnosis. 92% cases achieved complete remissionthrough hypocellularity. The lowest white blood cellcounts during inductton chemotherapy in the unrelapsedgroup were lower than that in the relapsed group (P<0.0025). Most of the patients received maintenancechemotherapy for more than 3 years. 5 cases had nomaintenance chemotherapy. The unrelapsed patients hadrelatively favourable prognosis.
