摘要
目的:验证单纯跨面神经移植在治疗家兔永久性面瘫中的作用。方法:取28只家兔,切除右侧面神经,制作面瘫模型。3个月后行跨面神经移植+碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)和肌肉结合跨面神经移植+bF GF。结果:术后6个月两组颜面外形神经、肌肉恢复无差异。神经吻合处组织学观察、电生理测试两组基本恢复正常。结论:对于家兔面瘫3个月、肌肉未完全萎缩失去功能的治疗,可采取单纯跨面神经移植+bFGF的方法。
Objective: To verify the effect of cross-facial sural nerve graft in the treatment for and to find out an effective method in treating facial paralysis of middle and advanced stage.Two measures are compared and the better one is chosen. Methods: Twenty-eight rabbits were used to make model of right facial paralysis. Three months later, cross-facial sural nerve graft with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and muscle graft with bFGF were performed separately. Results: Six months later, no difference was found in the facial feature between both groups. Anastomosed points of nerves were smooth, and nouroma was not observed. Conclusion: For rabbits with chronic facial paralysis, the cross-facial nerve grafting is simple and effective.
