摘要
在重量法的基础上,通过微波-稀酸快速提取枣中粗纤维,再经过水洗、醇洗等步骤去除粗纤维中可溶性糖,从而测得粗纤维含量。此法测定枣粗纤维含量快速、简单,结果稳定可靠。
On the base of weight method, Chinese jujuba coarse fibre was extracted using microwave-diluted acid method. After being washed by hot water and alcohol in turn, coarse fiber without soluble carbohydrates could be dried and determined. This method is quick, easy to achieve stable results.
