摘要
摘要采用特异的胃动素(MTL)抗体,通过放射免疫法对342例成人13种体液内MTL进行了较为系统的观察。结果表明:13种液体内MTL均值以十二指肠液含量最高(365.4±82.6pmol/L),较血浆(141.2±51.4pomol/l)高2.6倍,较血清(80.1±34.0pmol/l)高4.7倍,而胆汁MTL水平最低(<10pmol/L)。各体液MTL梯度依次为:十二指肠液、血浆、胃液、唾液、胸水、腹水、血清、尿液、脑脊液、羊水、乳汁、精液、胆汁。胃十二指肠液,MTL分别与血浆MTL呈正相关(P<0.01)。研究结果首次揭示了人体13种体液中MTL分布及关系,并推测MTL分泌细胞具有腔内分泌作用。
his paper discussed motilin(MTL)levels of l3 kinds of body fiuids as determined by
RIA in342 normal adults.The results showed that the average MTL level of the duodenal
juice(365.4±826pmol/L) was the highest among body fluids,2. 6 times higher than that of the
plasma (141.2±51.4pmol/L)and 4.7 tilnes higher than that of serum (80.1±34.0 pmol/L).The
MTL Ievel of bile(<10pmol/L) was the lowest.The MTL levels of body fluids were in the following
order:duodenaljuice,plasma, gastric juice, saliva, pleural ascitic fluid were higher than that of
the serum. Therewas a positive correlation between MTL level of the gastric or duodenal juice
and that of plasma(P<0.05).This study first shows the distribution and relationship of MTL in
various body fluids,and also comfirms MTL may be secrefed into the gastro-intestinal lumen by
M0 cell.
