摘要
目的普通MR已开始用于大鼠颅内肿瘤显像研究,对小鼠仍有困难。本研究探讨1.5TMR机能否用于小鼠颅内植入物的显像研究。方法立体定向下将不同剂量的显像剂钆喷酸葡胺和脑组织染色剂美蓝,通过微量注射器缓慢注入Balb/c小鼠脑内,随即用1.5TMR机进行三维扫描,结束后解剖观察植入物所在部位,用随机软件测量图像体积。结果1.5TMR成像系统可以看清小鼠头颅轮廓和植入物的位置、T1W和T2W的信号差别,并能计算其三维体积。结论改进后的1.5TMR机可用于小鼠头颅成像研究,对所显影的颅内植入物可正确定位和计算其体积,有望用于颅内荷胶质瘤裸小鼠模型的显像研究。
Objective To investigate whether 1.5T MRI can be utilized to perform imaging research in mouse bearing intracranial transplantation.Methods Two medium implantations(Gadopentetate Meglumine and Methylthioninium Chloride) were injected at different dose into the right frontal hemisphere of all Balb/c mice under the guidance of stereotaxic apparatus.1.5T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) scans were performed in all animals to detect and measure implantation.At last,all mice injected with Methylthioninium Chloride were killed to observe the location of implantation.Results 1.5T MRI can provide high quality images of the mouse head,as well as implantation.The volume of the implantation could be figured out conveniently via 3D scanning.Conclusion The improved 1.5T MRI could precisely target and measure implantation in mouse brain.In the extended work,it can be applied to imaging research in nude mouse model bearing intracranial glioma.
