摘要
２４例外科手术患者，随机分为两组，比较爱肌松、泮库溴铵在普鲁卡因复合麻醉中应用的肌松效应及心血管效应。结果表明，爱肌松的肌松效应及心血管效应和泮库溴铵类似，就肌张力恢复时间而言，爱肌松快于泮库溴铵。推荐爱肌松应用于普鲁卡因复合麻醉，并提出给药方案以供临床参考。
Twenty-four adult patients were equally divided into two groups. The relaxation and cardiovascular effects of alcuronium were comparised with those of pancuronium while used in intravenous procaine balanced anesthesia (IPBA). The results indicated that these relaxation and cardiovascular effects of alcuronium were similiar to those of pancuronium. Myoneural transmission after alcuronium recovered faster than that after pancuronium. It is recommended that alcuronium may be used in IPBA. An applied scheme in IPBA was given for clinical consideration.
