摘要
21世纪的竞争主要是人才的竞争,农村人力资源也备受关注。文章从数量和质量方面分析了中国农村人力资源数量丰富但质量偏低的现状,并在此基础上提出了对中国农村人力资源开发的对策。
The competition of the talent is the most furious competition in 21st century. so the rural human resource is more concerned recently. This article analyze the rural human resource in China form the quantity and the quality, and the result is abundant quantity but low quality. On the base of the actuality, the thesis gives the countermeasures of the rural human resource management in China.
