山药澄粉药膳疗法延缓慢性肾功能不全进程的研究 被引量:2

Study on rhizome wheat starch dietetic therapy in chronic renal failure patients

摘要 本项研究主要应用山药澄粉为主的“食疗”,对慢性肾功能不全的代偿期及失代偿早期,进行治疗及护理。经对30例病人临床研究,发现血磷、血尿素氮下降,血浆蛋白回升,肾小球功能(24h内生肌酐清除值)趋向稳定或部分恢复,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05或<0.001),且精神状况及生活质量较好,提示“食疗”用于慢性肾功能不全之前,可能延缓、甚至逆转肾功能损害的进程,较之肾功能不全发生之后才开始应用,具有更大的临床意义,值得推广。 chronic renal failure patients who were in compensatory stage or early decompensatory stage were given dietetic therapy of chinese herb rhizome wheat starch. The result indicated that the mean of BUN, Scr, P-S was obviously depressed while Alb increased, Ccr remained stable. The treatment group has a significant difference from the control group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 001). The dietetics therapy can also improve the patients' activities of daily living. It is recommended that the dietetic therapy can be used for the patients of early stage of renal failure to delay the progress of chronic renal failure or even reverse the progression of CRF.
