摘要
目的 探讨Survivin基因在女性乳腺癌的表达。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法对89例女性乳腺癌标本Survivin基因表达进行检测。结果 Survivin在正常乳腺组织中不表达,89例女性乳腺癌中Survivin表达阳性率74 .2 % ,16例乳腺囊性增生中Survivin表达阳性率为4 7. 8% ,女性乳腺癌Survivin基因蛋白阳性表达明显高于乳腺良性病变(P <0 . 0 5 )。女性乳腺癌Survivin基因蛋白阳性表达与病理类型差异无显著性意义(P >0 . 0 5 )。女性乳腺癌Survivin基因蛋白阳性表达与TNM分期差异有显著性意义(P <0 . 0 5 )。结论 Survivin基因对女性乳腺癌的发生、发展有重要意义。
Objective To study the expression of Survivin gene in breast carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect Survivin gene expression in 89 breast carcinomas. Results There was no expression of Survivin in nomal breast tissues.The positive rate of Survivin expression in breast cystic hyperplasia and breast cancer tissues was 47.8%(16/34)and 74.2%(66/89)respectively, with the difference being very significant (P< 0.05 ) .The positive expression of Survivin gene in TNMⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ was 40%, 85.7%, 60.4% respectively, which was significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusions The expression of Survivin gene occurred in the earlier period of Breast carcinomas malignant mutation.Survivin could be an important index to prognose and diagnose Breast carcinoma.
