摘要
面向未来的继续教育应该具有终身教育的性质,教育已不仅仅是在规定的时间内吸收固定的内容,而被视为一种人类的进程。面向未来的继续教育的基本模式是“实践———反思”式,因此,从事继续教育的高校教师应尽快实现自己角色的转变。
The education in the future should be life-long education which is not only the absorption of fixed contents in fixed period of time but a process of man's progress.The mode of future-oriented education should be of practice-reflection type and the teachers who are engaged in life-long education should convert their role as soon as possible.
