摘要
为了克服一般机床夹具体积大和夹紧速度慢的缺点,利用气动肌肉的工作原理和特点,设计了一种由气动肌肉驱动的增力式夹具。分析了夹具的受力并结合气动肌肉的力学模型,给出了夹具输出力和增力系数的计算公式,为该夹具的实际应用提供了有效途径。
In order to overcome the disadvantage of bulky and slow-footed of the clamp, usingthe principle and charac2 teristic of the pneumatic muscle, is a sort of strength magnifying clamp designed in this paper used pneumatic muscle and poles. It anaylizes the clamp’s force and combines the pneumatic muscle’s mechanics model , gives the formula of the output force and strength magnifying modulus of this clamp ,establishs the academic base of the clamp in practice use.
