摘要
从LED生产流程出发,论述LED生产过程的四个关键工序,分析目前我国LED生产企业的生产情况,并针对这种状况,提出了开发全自动注腾机和改造现有生产线的具体方案。
This paper discusses four key working procedures in productive process according to LED technological process, analyzes LED present manufacture status of enterprise in our country, and proposes the specific projects about exploiting automatic encapsulation machine and rebuilding existing manufacture line.
