摘要
就业问题已经成为我国经济市场化、国际化过程中的首要问题。金融产业的发展具有较为显著的就业扩大效应。与其他国家比较,中国金融产业的就业效应,无论直接就业效应还是间接就业效应,都没有得到充分发挥,存在着巨大的可挖掘潜力。促进金融产业发展,优化金融产业就业结构,可以增加金融产业就业总量,充分发挥金融产业的就业效应。
Increasing unemployment has become the most serious problem in China now. The development of financial industry can increase the employment rate. Comparative to the foreign, employment effect of financial industry don't take out and exist a great deal of potential ,not only direct employment effect, but also indirect employment effect, in china. So improving the development of financial industry and optimizing the employment structure of financial industry, can increase the total number of employment and bring into play the employment effect of financial industry fully.
