低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法60例患者随机分为2组,观察组给予低分子肝素,0.4ml/kg,超过60kg给予0.6ml,于腹壁皮下注射,每12小时1次,用药10d。对照组用硝酸甘油5-10mg加入5%葡萄糖500ml中静脉滴注,用药10d。两组均依据病情同时给予硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂及钙拮抗剂常规治疗,观察两组疗效。结果观察组有效率93.1%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组比较P<0.05,有显著差异。结论低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。
