摘要
[目的]探讨血塞通注射液对不稳定性心绞痛(uAP)患者的疗效。[方法]将80例uAP患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,用血塞通注射液400 mg加入5%葡萄糖500 ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用15 d与对照组40例进行临床及血液流变学对比分析。[结果]治疗组与对照组在心绞痛控制、心绞痛缓解和消失时间及心电图、血液流变学指标变化方面具有极显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。[结论]血塞通注射液可明显改善uAP病人的症状,治疗uAP患者疗效好。
[Objective]To study the efficacy of Xuesaitong Injection on unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.[Methods]80 patients with UAP were divided into two groups randomly and equally.In therapy group,400mg Xuesaitong Injection added in 5% glucose was intravenously dripped once a day for 15 days.[Results]There were significance differences in the control,relieve and disappearance time of angina,ECG and haemodynamic indexes between two groups（P﹤0.01）.[Conclusions]Xuesaitong Injection can relieve symptoms of UAP patients and has satisfactory therapeutic effects for UAP patients.
