摘要
目的探讨托尼萘酸片治疗酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法66例患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组32例,治疗组应用托尼萘酸治疗,对照组应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,4周后观察两组临床症状和生化指标及B超脂肪肝的改善情况。结果治疗组与对照组疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论托尼萘酸治疗酒精性肝病安全、有效,且方便、经济。
Objective To study the effects of GALLE-DONAU treatment on alcoholic liver disease(ALD) . Methods 66 patients with ALD were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group received GALLE-DONAU treatment, and the control group received reduced Glutathione(GSH) treatment. Results After 4 weeks, the clinical signs of both groups were improved significantly, and showed no differences (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with reduced Glutathione on ALD, GALLE-DONAU is safe, economic, conveniently used and effective.
