摘要
笔者根据古今治疗急性胃痛的有效方药结合胃痛的基本病机拟订处方“胃痛灵”,将52例病例随机分成2组,治疗组37例用胃痛灵治疗,有效32例,无效5例,总有效率86.5%;对照组15例用654-2,治疗有效11例,无效4例,总有效率73.4%.二者比较疗效无明显差异.
Weitong Ling' was worked out from considensation of ancient and modern prescriptions for acute stomachache with due consideration of the basic pathological mechanism of this disease. Theeffect was observated in 52 patients,in which 37 cases were treated with 'Weitong Ling'and another 15 cases were treated with '654-2'. The results showed that in the 'Weitong Ling' group 32 were effective and 5 ineffective,the total effective rate was 86. 5% ; and in the '654-2' group. 11 were effective and 4 showed no effect, resulting in a total effective rate of 73.4 %.
