摘要
微通道热压成形机是大连理工大学微系统研究中心研制的塑料微流控芯片自动制造系统中的重要组成设备。文章介绍了塑料微流控芯片微通道热压成形制作工艺,对所研制的微通道热压成形机的机械结构、温度控制、压力和位移控制以及系统软件的设计特点进行了说明,给出了主要性能指标。微通道热压成形机既可以作为单独的设备使用,也可以与其他设备联成系统。
Microchannel-fabrication hot-embossing machine is one of the key equipment of the automatic fabrication system of plastic microfluidic chip developed at Research Center for Micro System Technology (MST), Dalian University of Technology. The hot-embossing method for fabrication of micro channel of plastic chips is described. The design characteristics of the machine's mechanical structure, control of temperature, pressing force and displacement, the system software are introduced, the performance index is given. The microchannel-fabrication hot-embossing machine developed can be used individually and also joined with other equipment to form a manufacturing system.
