摘要
为了研究水泵吸水池内部漩涡流动的非定常特性,测量了该流动的压力信号和振动信号,并用小波互相关分析的方法对所测信号进行处理。使用该方法,可以得到任意两种信号在不同尺度下的相互关系,并且通过与传统互相关分析方法的对比,得到了两种信号的主导相关尺度。分析结果表明,水泵吸水池内部流动所引起的压力和振动变化关系密切,都是由吸入涡的非定常特性引起的。
The pressures and vibrations of the flow in a pump sump were measured to analyze the unsteady characteristics of the flow. Wavelet cross-correlation was used to process the signals. The two unsteady signals were related at different scales using the wavelet cross-correlation analysis. The dominant correlation scales were obtained by comparing the wavelet cross-correlation results with conventional cross-correlation results. The results show that the pressure signal changes are closely related to the vibrations, both of which are caused by the unsteady characteristics of the vortex flow.
