摘要
吸水池内的涡旋流动将引发泵的振动、空化、空蚀和泵的效率下降,严重时会导致泵站不能正常工作,本文用PIV测量水泵开敞吸水池内突扩流道速度分布,实验表明流体通过突扩流道,整个流场可分为三个区域:主流区、过渡区和回流区。沿流动方向主流区速度相对较大,回流区速度相对较小,过渡区速度介于两者之间。涡带主要产生在靠近吸水池两侧壁,随着流动区域的扩展,靠近侧壁的涡流将消失。
The vortex of the open suction channel may cause the vibration,cavitation,and perfor- mance decreasing of the pump.In this paper,the flow pattern of the sudden enlargement at the open suction channel of the pump has been measured by using PIV system.The experiment shows that the flow area can be divided to three parts:one part is the main flow zone,one part is the backflow zone,and the other part is the inter-zone between the two parts.The magnitude of velocity in y direction,V,is larger in the main flow zone respectively,the magnitude in the backflow zone is smaller respectively,and the magnitude in the inter-zone is intermedial;the vortex mainly occurs by the open suction channel side wall,with the increasing of the flow area,the vortex is disappeared.
