摘要
目的:探讨精神心理疗法在中医药治疗中的重要作用。方法:查阅近些年来国内外公开发表的有关研究论文,进行分析汇总。结果与结论:精神心理疗法在中医药治疗中占主导地位,中医药治疗中附加精神心理疗法的疗效明显优于单纯用药,尤其在心身疾病的治疗方面。因此,应充分考虑发挥其优势并探讨其科学机制,对中医药的发展提供科学的研究思路。
Objective:To discuss the important action of spirit and mental therapeutic method in therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:To analyze the literatures concerning the spirit and mental therapeutic method.Results and Conclusion:It is emphasized that the spirit and mental therapeutic method take the role status on TCM.We should exert its superiority and probe into its scientific truth in order to supply scientific thoughtfulness to the development of TCM.
