摘要
本文根据我们对兰州地区六百多例正常胎儿的外形和体重的测量数据，对双顶径和体重的相关关系进行了研究。给出了胎儿双顶径与体重的相关曲线，导出了相应的数学表达式，并用图象和列表两种形式给出了曲线组。有了双顶径——体重相关曲线组，只要测得胎儿的双顶径值，就能从曲线图或数据表中很简便地查得相应的体重的统计平均值、最大值、最小值以及置信度为６８．３％的置信区间。
Based on the data obtained from the morphological measurements and bodyweights,the correlation between the fetal biparietal diameter and body weightwas studied.The correlation curve between fetal biparietal diameter and bodyweight and its mathematical expressions were given,The results were expressedthrough two forms:tables and figures.So long as the biparietal diameter is mea-sured,the fetal body weight's statistical mean value、the max,、the min. valuesand its confidence interval with confidence coefficient 68.3%can be determinedby using this correlation expressions。
