摘要
ＡＢＣ免疫酶标半定量分级法表明，增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）在胃粘膜上皮异型增生的阳性分级表达高于浅表胃炎、低于胃癌（Ｐ＜０．０５）。其中再生型、隐窝型及腺瘤型异型增生的阳性分级表达呈递减关系（Ｐ＜０．０５），而且三者阳性细胞的分布各有特点。ＰＣＮＡ的原位检测，是胃粘膜上皮异型增生及其恶性变的较好辅助诊断指标。

quantitive immunohistochemical study denoted that the positive grade of PCNA in gas-tric
dysplastic epithelia was strikingly higher than that of chronic gaastritis but lower than that of
gas-tric carcinoma(P<0.05).Among various types of gastric dysplasia,the PCNA positive rate
decreasedgraduately in regenerative type,cryptal type and adenomatous type of the
dysplasia(P<0.05).At thesame time,distribution of the positive cells had their own
characteristics. The authors found that insituexaminatidn using PCNA immunocytochemical
probe was a favourable diagnostic index for evaluation ofthe malignant potential of gastric
dysplasias.
