摘要
应用双抗夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测１１１例各类恶性肿瘤患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平。结果表明，恶性肿瘤患者ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），而肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、胃癌、膀胱癌、卵巢癌及宫颈癌之间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。在４５例肺癌中，有转移者的ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于无转移者（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ对恶性肿瘤的诊断，治疗和预后的判断具有重要意义。
he serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)in 111 patients with various
carcinomas was mea-sured by sandwith ELISA with double antibodies. The results showed that
the level of sIL-2 in patientswith carcinoma was higher than that of controls(P<0.01 ),whereas no
difference was found for thelevel of sIL-2R among patients with lung ,
breast,hepatic,gastric,bladder,ovarium, and cervical car-cinoma( P >0.05).Among 45 cases with
lung cancer ,the level of sIL-2R in subjects with metastasiswas obviously higher than that of
patients with cancer in situ( P <0.01).The results suggested thatsIL-2R was of important value
for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of carcinoma.
