摘要
６名男性健康受试者交叉口服单剂量盐酸曲马朵片（国产和进口品），应用气相色谱法测定各自的血药浓度值，用ＰＫＢＰ－Ｎ１药物动力学程序包二室模型拟合，求得药物动力学参数，提取ＡＵＣ＿（０－∞）．Ｔ＿（ｍａｘ），Ｃ＿（ｍａｘ）两制剂三参数做方差分析，同时进行相对生物利用度比较。结果表明，国产盐醚曲马朵片与进口盐酸曲马朵胶囊具生物等效（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
This article introduces the determination by way of GC on the blood concentrationof six healthy volunteers who took orally and alternately the Tramadol Hydrochloride tablets(both home-made and imported)in single dose. And through the two compartment model simula-tion by using PKBP-N_1 Pharmacokinetic Package,we have obtained the pharmacokinetic parame-ters,and three parameters of AUC_(0-∞),T_(max) and C_(max) were taken for variance analysis and relativebioavailability comparison, the results have shown that both China-made and the imported tra-madol hydrochloride tablets have the same effects. biologically(P>0.05).
