摘要
目的 通过对高眼压鼠视网膜Fos蛋白表达的定位研究, 了解眼内压升高会对视网膜上哪些细胞造成影响。方法 前房加压灌注法制作大鼠急性高眼压模型。免疫组织化学方法观察Fos蛋白在视网膜上的表达。结果 灌注术后30 min, 在节细胞层、内颗粒层及色素上皮层出现Fos蛋白阳性染色。结论 急性眼内压升高可能主要对节细胞、内颗粒层(müller细胞) 及色素上皮层细胞造成影响, 而感光细胞可能不受影响。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of ocular hypertension on the retinal cells by locating the expression of c-fos pro-oncogene in rat retinal under acute ocular hypertension.Methods The models of acute ocular hypertension were made by perfusing 0.9 % normal saline into anterior chambers of rat’s eyes. The expression of Fos protein in retina was detected by using immunohistochemistry.Results The positive staining of Fos protein was found in ganglion cell layer,inner nuclear layer and pigment epithelium,but not in outer nuclear layer 30 min after perfusion.Conclusion Acute ocular hypertension maybe influence ganglion cells,pigment epitheliums and the cells in inner nuclear layer (müller cells) mainly,but not influence rod and cone cells.
