摘要
目的:以β-环糊精(β-CD)对甲硝基羟乙唑进行包合。方法:采用饱和溶液法制备甲硝基羟乙唑-β-CD包合物,应用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对包合物进行定性分析,用溶出仪考察其溶出度与原药粉的区别。结果:甲硝基羟乙唑-β-CD包合物主、客分子比为1:2,平均包药量为23.00%±0.26%,平均回收率为99.24%±0.90%。溶出速度10min中包合物已溶出98.0%,比原药粉快3.7倍。结论:甲硝基羟乙唑-β-CD包合物可完全掩盖甲硝基羟乙唑的不良嗅味,并加速了甲硝基羟乙唑的溶出。
OBJECTIVE:To perpare the inclusion compound of metronidazoieβ-Cyclodextrin(M-β-CD).METHOD: The inclusion compound of M-β-CD was prepared by saturated solution method, then it was proved by structure examination of differential scaning calorimetry (DSC) and it was distinguished from the powder of metronidazoie by testing their dissolution. RESULTS: The molecular rate of metronidazoie to β- CD in the inclusion compound was 1:2, its average drug content was 23.00%±0.26%, and its average rate of recovery was 99.24%±0.90%, it dissoluted 98.0% in 10min,3.7 times faster than the powder of metronidazoie.CONCLUSION:The inclusion compound of M-β-CD can mask the bad smell of metronidazoie, and it can improve the speed of its dissolution.
