N,N′-二(十二烷基)乙二胺二乙酸萃取镨的研究

Study On Extraction of Pr(Ⅲ) with a New Reagent-N, N'-di(dodecyl)ethylenediamien-di-acetic Acid

摘要 研究了长链氨羧络合剂N,N′-二(十二烷基)乙二胺二乙酸的氯仿溶液对镨(Ⅲ)的萃取行为,考察了初始水相酸度、萃取剂浓度、相比及温度等对Pr(Ⅲ)萃取率的影响.结果表明,在pH=6~7条件下对Pr(Ⅲ)有很高的萃取率,且随萃取剂浓度增大而增大;在25℃~35℃范围内lgD随温度升高线性增大.用摩尔比法测得Pr(Ⅲ) Extraction behavior of Pr(Ⅲ) with a long-chain trilon N,N′-di (dodecyl)- ethylenediamien-di-acetic acid H_2R_2Y) in chloroform has been investigated. The influence of acidity, concentration of H_2R_2Y, phase-radio and temperature of extraction reaction has been studied. The results indicate that: percentage extraction of Pr~ 3+ is higher at pH = 6 and which increases with the increase of concentration of H_2R_2Y; lgD increases linearly with the increase of temperature at range 25℃~35℃. Complex ratio between H_2R_2Y and Pr~ 3+2:1 was substantiated by mole ratio method.
