摘要
为评价儿童生长发育过程中肺通气功能的状况．对重庆市区1635名7～12岁正常男女儿童的肺通气功能迸行测量，计算不同性别、年龄组FVC、FEV1、FEV1％、PEFR、MMEF、V75、V50、和V25等8项指标的平均数、标准差和8项指标与身高、体重的相关关系、并建立有关指标的正常预测值的回归方程．
To estimate pulmonary ventritative function. the mean value and standard deviation of FVC. FEV1.FEV1 %. PEFR. MMEF. V75. V50and V25 of different sex and age groups were calculated by IBM type computer in 1635 children aged 7 - 12 years. These indices were correlated with sex, height and weight. The regressive equation was established to estimate the normal value of pulmonary ventritative function.
