摘要
本文采用均匀设计法与单纯性优化法,对预先选出的腐蚀性较低、杀菌效果较好的次氯酸钠复方中辅剂用量进行了选择。两种方法所获结果相近。选出的最佳配比复方,稳定性明显提高,腐蚀性更低,并保持有较好的杀菌效果。
In order to improve further the stability of compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectantcontaining surfactant,anticorrosive agent and stabilizer,the optimal ratios of contents ofadjuvants were selected by means of homogeneous design method and simplex optimizationmethod.The results indicated that the optimal ratios selected by these two methods approxi-mated each other.The available chlorine of the compound disinfectant prepared according tothese ratios decreased only by 18.99% after storing at 60℃ for 18 days(that of the control so-lution containing only sodium hypochlorite decreased by near(100%).When the optimallyproportioned disinfectant solution containing 100 mg / L available chlorine was used to im-merse metals,the corrosion rate of red copper and stainless steel was zero. When theoptimally proportioned disinfectant solution was used for disinfection,the solution con-taining 1000 mg / L available chlorine could kill 99.9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis in 10min and that containing 250 mg / L available chlorine could kill 100 % of Staphylococcusaureus and 99.9% of Escherichia coli in 3 min.
