A STUDY ON A COMPOUND CHLORINATED DISINFECTANT

摘要 本消毒剂系次氯酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠与缓蚀剂和稳定剂组成的复方含氯消毒剂。常温下,含250ppm有效氯的稀释液,作用3min,即可杀灭细菌繁殖体99.99%;含1000ppm有效氯的稀释液,作用10min,可杀灭枯草杆菌芽孢99.9%.随着有效氯浓度提高,作用时间延长,温度升高,溶液pH值降低,有机物含量减少,杀菌效果增强。 The compound chlorinated disinfectant contains sodium hydrochlorite, sodium dodecyl sulfonate, anticorrosive and stabilizer. It was indicated in laboratory experiment that the compound chlorinated disinfectant solution containing 250ppm of available chlorine could kill 99.99% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aurears in 3min. At room temperature. The solution containing 1000ppm of available chlorine in 10min could kill over 99.90% of Spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. The germicidal efficacy of the compound chlorinated disinfectant increased with increasing concentration of available chlorine, prolonged contact time, raising temperature, decreasing pH value and decreasing content of organic matter.
