摘要
目的 评价以碱性磷酸酶作为标记物的IMMULITE和ACCESS全自动化学发光免疫分析仪测定血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3 )、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)的价值。方法 对两种仪器的灵敏度、干扰性、回收率、批内误差、批间误差及其与放免法的相关性进行了研究。结果 IMMULITE的灵敏度分别为T3 :0 .616nmol·L-1,T4:13nmol·L-1,TSH :0 .0 0 2mIU·L-1;ACCESS的灵敏度分别为T3 :0 .15nmol·L-1,T4:6.5nmol·L-1,TSH :0 .0 0 3mIU·L-1;与放免法均有良好的相关性。结论 全自动化学发光免疫分析法检测迅速,灵敏度高,准确性、特异性强,重复性好,适合于临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the characteristics of IMMULI TE and ACCESS automated chemiluminescent immunoassay instrument in the det ermination of triiodothyronine(T 3), tetraiodothyronine(T 4) and thyroid stimu lating hormone(TSH).Methods-The characteristics of chemilumines cent immunoassay were evaluated by sensitivity,interference effects, rate of r ecovery, error within run,error between run and its correlation with RIA method. Results-Sensitivity of IMMULITE and ACCESS wer e showed:T 3 0.616-nmol·L -1,T 4-13-nmol·L -1, TSH 0.002-mIU ·L -1, and T 3 0.154-nmol·L -1,T 4 6.5-nmol·L -1,TSH 0.0 03mIU·L -1,respectively. There were good correlation between IMMULITE or A CCESS and radioimmunoassay . Conclusions Automated chemilumines cent immunoassay was suitable for clinical application because of its characteri stics of rapid detectability, high sensitivity, accuracy and specificity, good r eliability and repetion.
