摘要
目的回顾性分析腰椎间盘患者的腰椎平片与CT表现的影像学特点,旨在提高腰椎平片对该病的诊断。方法总结45例腰椎间盘突出患者,突出或膨出53个,均作腰椎平片和椎间盘CT扫描。结果腰椎平片出现椎间盘后缘轮廓征28个,占突出总数的52.8%,且27个此征的垂直距离≥0.2cm,占其比率96.4%。结论腰椎平片显示椎间盘后缘轮廓征,且距离≥0.2cm可以作为诊断腰椎间盘突出或膨出的一个重要征象。
objective To improve the level of X-ray in diagnosing LDH through reviewing Imaging Characteristics of X-ray and CT of LDH . Methods Lumber plain film and CT were performed in 45 cases of LDH. Results 28 posterior Contour Sign of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc were fined on lumber plain film(52.8%).The protruding was larged than 0.2cm in 27(96.4).Conclusion The posterior Contour Sign of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc which protruding was larged than 0.2cm was an important sign for diagnosing of lumbar disc hernia on plain film.
