摘要
采用半椎板切除和椎板间开窗，治疗腰椎间盘突出合并侧隐窝狭窄２３例，对１７例随访６月－４年３月，优良率８８．２％。本病为狭窄的侧隐窝与突出的椎间盘共同压迫神经根引起的一组混合性症状，仔细阅读腰椎平片及ＣＴ扫描有助于诊断，术中摘除椎间盘后需扩大狭窄的侧隐窝，才能获得满意的效果。
Eleven cases underwent hemilaminectomy and twelve
laminal fenestration,management of lumbar disc hernia with later-al recess stenosis,seventeen
patients were follwed up from six mouths to four years and three mouths with excellent
andgood results in 15(88.2%).Clinically this disease presents a severe miscellaneous group of
symptoms.CT scanning is con-ducive to diagnosis.One acqained good effect through excising
the lumabar dirc and enlarging the lateral recess.
