摘要
本文采用Kado-Liu方法对1991~1993年成都及南充地区食物中毒分离的50株沙门氏菌进行了质粒检测,质粒检出率为70%。其中28株鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的质粒检出率为92.86%。可分为14个质粒图谱型别,质粒分子量的变化范围在1.60~180.46Md。暴发流行菌株具有相同的质粒谱型,而散发菌株的质粒谱型较为分散。C群沙门氏菌株质粒检出率只有26.67%。
The plasmid profiles of 50 Strains of Salmonllae isolated from food-borne intoxciation in Chengdu Nanchong were de-termind by Kado-Liu method, 70% of these strains have bored plasmid,92. 86% of 28 strains of Sptylimurium demonstrated the presence of plasmid. A total of 14 different plasmid profiles are observed with a plasmid ranging in size from 1
60 to 180. 46. Md. Some of the strains isolated from outbreak have the same plasmid patterns while many different plasmid patterns were found in strains form scattered food-borne in-toxiciation. Only 26. 67% strains of Salmonellae C serogroup demonstrated the presence of the plasmid.
