摘要
盛大金磐2号楼通过调整房型和墙体布置,在层3设置转换大梁实现了荷载的竖向传递。采用加大端部横墙及其附近混凝土构件的截面面积和提高端部柱的抗震等级的方法减小了结构扭转效应。计算结果表明,通过提高结构的整体性和对构件的合理设计,结构整体变形、周期比、位移比均满足规范要求。
The transmission of vertical loads in a super high-rise building is achieved by adjusting the arragement of shear wall and setting large transfer beams at the No.3 floor.The torsion effect is diminished by enlarging the section of head wall and its vicinal concrete members and enhancing the seismic grade of the end columns.The calculation results show that under the condition of good structural integrity and rational design of members;the structural integer deformation meets the requirement of the code;the structural period ratio and displacement ratio are acceptable.
