摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,大户型、南北通透的板式住宅已成为商品房市场的新宠。小进深、大面宽的高层建筑,将使结构工程师面临平面过于狭长、细腰状等问题,笔者通过对厦门体育东村九组团的结构设计,提出解决方案,以期为同类型的工程提供参考。
With the improvement of people＇s living conditions, houses facing south in bigger size have become more and more popular in the housing market. Structure engineers will have to face the problem of narrow and wasp - waisted plane which are caused by tall buildings with a big appearance and short depth. The following is what I have concluded during the structure design work of the Tiyu Dongcun Building. It can be used as a reference in the similar style of architecture design.
