摘要
本文认为,复杂性组织系统的核心思想是适应性造就了复杂性。在发展的基础上,组织结构的复杂性与适应性关系问题,两者具有统一性。并根据复杂性理论建立了组织进化的框架,指出了进一步研究的方向,这为复杂性组织系统的研究提供了新的视野,有重大的方法论意义。
This paper considers that the fundament thought of the complex organizational system is that adaptability builds complexity. The relations between the complexity and the adaptability of organizational structure were supposed that the both are unifies on the basis of development. According to complex theory ,the framework of the organizational evolution is established and the direction of more research is pointed out, and all these offer a new view for us to study complex organizational systems, and have methodological significance.
