摘要
旅游可持续发展是一个全新的概念。本文分析了旅游可持续发展的定义和内涵；提出了旅游可持续发展系统的概念；并就旅游可持续发展系统的特性、结构、目标进行了理论探讨和全面分析；最后对旅游可持续发展评价的指标体系进行了研究，提出了旅游可持续发展的状态评价和能力评价指标体系。
Tourism sustainable is a new conception. This paper discusses the definition and connotation of Tourism Sustainable Development (TSD), puts forward the conception of Tourism Sustainable Development System (TSDS), and discusses the evaluation system of TSD after the theoretic discussing and total analyzing of the character, the structure and the objective of TSDS. The index systerm of the situation evaluation and capacity evalution of TSDS is proposed at the end of the paper.
