摘要
为了帮助政府部门控制网站发展方向,规范网上行为,发现存在问题,查找彼此差距和修补漏洞不足,使政府在改进亲民态度,提高执政能力和领导水平,以及加强推行电子政务的程度和力度等方面能不断进步,需要构建网站评议考核指标体系并以此作原则参照来进行评估。因此,非常有必要对已经建立并且投入使用的吉林省政府部门互联网站2004年评议考核指标体系进行深入的研究和客观的评价,以查找其中存在的问题,并提出具体的改进建议。
In order to help government control its web site's developing direction,stipulate its behavior on web,find existing problems,look for disparities between each other and correct the mistakes,it is necessary to set a evaluation indices system of Internet web site of government and regard it as a evaluating standard.It can make government improve its attitude towards citizens,improve its ability in power and leadership and make progress in strengthening level and intensity of carrying out eGovernment affairs.We study deeply and evaluate objectively on Evaluation Indices System of Internet Web Site of Jilin Provincial Government's Departments in the year 2004 for finding its problems and expressing our improving advices.
